The complimentary mini bar was a good surprise.
Our upgraded room was noisier than expected due to its location over the restaurant entrance.

Exceptional cheap hotel with an excellent design. Their service was exceptional. Quiet location for our visit to an open - air museum not very far from the venue. Lots of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

perfect base for exploring bath's key attractions and parks
I had a wonderful stay with a comfy room and really good service, and the hotel is just a short 5-minute walk from Bath Abbey and less than a 10-minute stroll to the scenic Royal Crescent, made my city explorations so enjoyable.

the included breakfast was great and the reception rooms were an inviting area to sit.
The decor was tired however obvious renovations appear to have begun. Parking is not convenient of cheap. The beds were not remade during the day.

Spotlessly clean hotel with friendly professional and brilliantly helpful staff in evening very good service. Very well decorated room with comfortable bed and safe for safety measures. Good choice of food at the continental breakfast. Easy enough to find, in the center of Bath. The property of choice in Bath.

Consider securing breakfast in advance. it can be busy and the choices are limited during peak times.

Location
Lift husband only went in lift twice, on arrival and on departure. It actually stopped half way down door on departure, while i'm laughing histericaly husband panicing, until I put him out of his misery and just pressed the ground button again. Could do with a bit of tender love and care , I know its an old building with traditional decor but you can see extensive ware that needs attention.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the historical city center. The furnishings in my room were high-quality, and I greatly appreciated the effective air conditioning. Room service was prompt, even without going out.
The chair could not be positioned for a good view of the TV.
